It's a Monday and you just had a nice relaxing weekend. Your tired and don't feel like working. Well here are some tips to get through the day.
Tip 1: Don't get to relaxed. Being relaxed in your chair can cause you to feel sleepy. Sit straight up in your chair is a good way to not feel relax and forces your to be more awake.
Tip #2: Chew gum Chewing gum involves you having to chew. Because you are chewing you are increasing the blood flow to your head, it also stimulates the muscles in your face causing you to stay more alerted and awake.
Tip #3: Listen to the radio or your music Listening to music that can make your bop your head back and forth, tap your feet and swaying your body back and forth can cause you to be more active then just sitting around doing nothing.
Tip #4: Don't eat a full meal! Our body produces insulin to remove the excess sugar and our blood sugar gets low causing us to be sleepy. Eating just small snack causes our bodies not to produce so much insulin and not having to be as sleepy.
